Seamroom and Geelus: what each does, checked 15 Sep 2026.

Geelus is rated 5.0 from 154 reviews on Capterra, and its users say why: easy to use, highly customisable, and good support. This page is from those reviews and its own documentation.

What Geelus does well

  • Scannable tags stapled to the garment: scanning the tag marks the job done or collected, so the change is something you do, not something you type.
  • Automatic text and email on every change of state, and a customer app where clients see their transactions and book pickup or delivery.
  • Offline order entry, accounts with bulk invoicing for hotels and agents, rostering, timesheets, VAT and GST, and store credit.

How moving in works

Questions owners ask

Can a client see a photo and approve it?

Yes. The photo goes on her page, she approves it from her phone, and the approval stays on the ticket.

Does it pay my tailors?

It records what each one is owed: pieces per tailor, wages and what's owed, from the same tickets. The money is paid by you, never by us.

I have a second branch. What do I pay?

The full price for the first showroom and half price for each one after it, on the same plan.
