Seamroom and CloudBridal: what each does, checked 15 Sep 2026.

From CloudBridal's own documentation. It has no independent reviews on Capterra, so nothing here is a reviewer's view.

What CloudBridal does well

  • A client portal, included on Ultimate and branded as the store, not the vendor. Brides accept shareable quotes from it, with the deposit taken in the same step.
  • Inventory Showcase: real stock, embeddable on the boutique's own site, with vendor names hideable and syncing by itself.
  • Purchase orders tied to the bride waiting on them, with overdue ones shown on the dashboard before the wedding is at risk, and e-sign with a full audit log.

Questions owners ask

Can a client approve a change from her phone?

Yes. The swatch and the design are approved from her page, and every change is recorded with who asked.

Does my workroom see the order?

Yes. Your maker gets the order as a ticket in their own app, free, in Hindi, Urdu or English, and sees only your orders.

What happens when the signal drops?

A workroom floor with no signal keeps its photos and stages on the device and sends them when the signal is back.
