Fresha is a booking tool for salons and spas, not a rival on orders: it has no made-to-order work in it. This page is from its documentation and its reviews.
What Fresha does well
- A deposit and no-show policy engine: a deposit (a percentage or a fixed sum) or a card on file, refundable until a set time, separate late-cancel and no-show fees, rules by service and client group, and unpaid deposits cancelled after a grace window.
- Booking "any female / any male" stylist, with bios, languages and ratings; rooms and equipment allocated from a capacity pool.
- Documented Google, Instagram and Facebook, GA4 and pixel integration, and Klarna.
