Terms — India

These are the terms between Seamroom Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company 17457398, 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) and the business that signs up ("you") for a plan priced in rupees. By starting a trial you accept them. They are the same as our terms, with the differences below.

Price and payment. Monthly, in advance, per showroom, in rupees, at the price on your plan screen, plus 18% GST. A second showroom on the same plan is half price. A founding rate, where offered, is yours for as long as your subscription runs without a break. If a payment fails you have 14 days to fix it before the account goes read-only. We give 30 days' notice of any price change, and it never applies to a locked founding rate.

Who sells it. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle issues your GST invoice; the plan, the price and these terms are Seamroom's. Refunds are as our refunds page says.

Trial. 30 days, no payment method. When it ends without one, your account becomes read-only: nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

Your clients' money never passes through us: it goes to your own account by UPI, card, cash or transfer, and you keep your own records and GST on it.

Your data. As our terms: yours, exportable, deleted 90 days after you close with a certificate.

Law. England and Wales; nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer or contract law that cannot be excluded.
