Refunds — India

The trial is free and needs no payment method, so there is nothing to refund: if Seamroom isn't right for your shop, stop before day 30 and nothing is charged.

Within 14 days of any payment, ask for it back and it is refunded in full. Ask at paddle.net.

You can cancel at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not charged again.

If we charged you in error, the charge is refunded in full.

A locked founding rate is lost if the subscription lapses; a refund does not lapse it, a cancellation does.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
